Shipping & Handling
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150 dollars. All orders will be sent via Canada Post Xpresspost. A flat $20 dollar fee applies on all orders under $150 dollars.
How is my shipment packaged?
Privacy is very important to us at FireThc, and our customers. All items are vacuum sealed and packaged discreetly in Xpresspost mailers.
How long for my shipment to arrive?
We send all shipments via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery times range anywhere from 1-3 days depending on your location in Canada.
When does my order Ship?
All order received by 12 pm PST with payment confirmation, will be shipped out the next business day.
My package was sent with a “signature required.” Why was this asked of me?
All orders are sent with signature required. If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No signature required.” Please note if you choose not to require a signature, we cannot guarantee you a refund if your package is lost or stolen.
Why doesn’t my tracking number I received work?
We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. Please track your order via the Canada post website at the end of the business day for an update.

What Happens to my order if I do not send payment?
All orders will be placed on hold or 2 business days. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.
